Fulton Homes built three kinds of housing here: custom homes, single-family homes and townhomes.
The Fulton Ranch Homeowners Association governs the community and is managed by CCMC, a community association management company. Its website posts assessments, documents and a calendar.
The association hired an engineering firm to inspect walls that separate lots from common areas and public streets. The firm's report found some walls structurally unsound. The association reports that wall replacement along Chandler Heights Road is nearly done, and that temporary supports are in place along Lake Drive. Under Section 7.6 of the CC&Rs, the recorded rules for every lot, owners are responsible for replacing certain walls. A buyer should ask whether a given lot has a wall on the association's list.
